Large Family Policy

Any family that has more than four students enrolled in either Avalon or Brookewood concurrently will receive a 100% tuition reduction for all students after the first four.  This will be assessed by grade order, meaning the oldest four students will pay the agreed tuition, students younger than the oldest four will receive the tuition reduction.  This benefit will be evaluated each year and assessed based on the current number of students.

Financial Aid

Avalon is generous in giving aid packages to families who apply and qualify.

Over 50% of our current students receive some financial aid.

To meet the different needs of our parents,
Avalon offers the following options:

  • One payment due by June 30, 2025
  • Payment plan over 12 monthly installments. If families opt into the 12-monthly payment plan, they will create an account through FACTS.

Families can complete a financial aid application for 2026-2027 by clicking the button below:

Please note: financial aid packages are needs-based and not merit-based.
