How to Apply

​Step 1

  • Submit the appropriate materials: The online application using FACTS, the application fee of $95, at least one teacher recommendation, and a current school transcript. The forms for the academic records and recommendation request can also be found below. 

Step 2

  • After submitting materials, we will be in contact to schedule the family interview.

Step 3

  • To complete the application process, please submit your teacher recommendations and academic records via email to admissions@avalonschools.org; the request for academic records document is found below and the teacher recommendation form can also be found below.

We ask that you fill out the application and that your current school and recommended teacher fill the other forms. 
All documents must be completed and returned before a family interview can be scheduled.
