About Robert McHale
B.S. Strayer University
Born and raised in the District of Columbia, Bob McHale attended the University of Minnesota after graduating from St. John’s College High School. He later returned home and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Strayer University.
Bob briefly taught at Holy Trinity Catholic School in Westminster, Colorado, before beginning a 32-year career in business operations in the DMV area, working across a variety of companies and industries. For the past 12 years, he has also been a recurring guest lecturer at the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America, where he has served as adjunct faculty for the past six years.
In 1995, Bob married Carol Derenak of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and together they have raised five sons and three daughters. A lifelong Washington football fan, Bob enjoys camping, old cars, teaching and mentoring young people, and spending time with Carol and their family.
